Yogue is my playful distillation of 20 years of yoga and healing.

More then just stretching, Yogue uses breath and alignment to build awareness, and regenerate from scatteredness.

My classes are improvised to nourish the body and needs of who’s in the room. And are never the same.

Yogue honors the roots of yoga while allowing your expectations to be disrupted in delightful ways :)

My emphasis is less on perfecting the shapes, and more on coming home to your body, finding what alignment feels like for you, and just regulating your nervous system by breaking unconscious habits of movement and breathing. Our bodies want to feel aligned and cared for!

Yoga has helped me age gracefully, maintaining mobility and flexibility.
I blend in readings, my somatic studies, yogic wisdom and ambient music.
