We will guide you to slow down, sense, process emotion somatically, tune out the noise and feel your spark of aliveness.
I lend my intuition and nervous system to create a safe container where we can notice old patterns, and nurture new parts of yourself that want to emerge.
How could your life feel more in flow?
I share my 20 years of wellness practices that have helped me understand my anxiety and depression. I’ve dug through my own frozenness, dissociation and creative blocks. I have more capacity to hold others in their path because of all the inner work I’ve done. Now I am living the life of my own creation- where I create, have found meaningful work and a committed romantic partnership.
It is never too late.
Let me help do the relational work I adore. I have a way of seeing the spark in people and encouraging it. It feels like we need to nurture the next generation of artists and leaders as we face this messed up world. Let me be your guide, accountability and cheerleader on your path. Sessions are informed by my studies in Somatic Experiencing, Reiki, Breathwork, Yoga. But also blend my love of art, humor, music, entrepreneurship and intuition.
