What happens in sessions?
In sessions I share my experience and intuition to help you move through things and uncover what’s already in you.
I guide meditation, breathwork and, by request, use tarot or astrology. The goal is to slow down, process emotion somatically, and reveal the spark of aliveness.
How could your life feel more in flow?
I know how it is to feel like you’ve tried everything. Healing is exhausting, it is hard work, but it is so worth it. My goal is to not only encourage you, but to create a shift in awareness where you can radically flip some old stories about “not being there yet”. You can take all the time you need. You are doing great. I hope to share the gifts I’ve gotten on my healing journey with folks, supporting their unique path with insights, helping you hear and recognize your deeper self. The way back is full of joy, follow the pleasure , but don’t avoid the pain.
I share my 20 years of wellness practices that have helped me understand my anxiety and depression. I’ve dug through my own frozenness, dissociation and creative blocks. I have more capacity to hold others in their path because of all the inner work I’ve done. Now I am living the life of my own creation- where I create, have found meaningful work and a committed romantic partnership.
It is never too late.
I have a way of seeing the spark in people and encouraging it. It feels like we need to nurture the next generation of artists and leaders as we face this messed up world. Let me be your guide, accountability and cheerleader on your path. What new versions of your self want to emerge?

Sessions are informed by my studies in Somatic Experiencing, Reiki, Breathwork, Yoga. But also blend my love of art, humor, music, entrepreneurship and intuition.
