One room school house / open layout: downstairs has kitchen, 8 person dining table, desk, large modular couch and bathroom.
Upstairs: half bath and king size bed, meditation and reading nooks. Creative vibe. Great for writers and musicians. Good for one person. Two people is a squeeze, but possible. It is nearby Rocky Oak trail, Lake Onteora and the rail trail for some nature time. House is on half acre in the woods.

Location: Morgan Hill Road, Hurley NY near Kingston & Woodstock. 2 hours from NYC. This is not walkable, you will need a car.
