Hi, I’m Luke.
I am an artist and writer and share healing practices to help people access creativity.
Over the years, I have learned to relate to anxiety and depression. Rather then fix them, I have found relating to them in new ways helps — movement, expressing, and feeling are the way to re-pattern.
As I uncovered more of myself, and got braver and less self-sabotaging, and started to express myself! Getting through creative blocks and learning to make things with joy, became a spiritual path, connecting me to my own energy imprint. I’m inspired to share what I’ve learned with others.
I released my first book in 2021, Venus Juice, a humorous memoir about the LA Wellness scene and looking for spiritual queer love.
It boils down to: tending to fear and held energy. I’m here to support you to find safety and love inside yourself. I am excited to share with folks and be part of their unique life’s journey.

First off, water. It is so simple. Hydrate. Herbal teas make hydration easier and give you botanical benefits.
2. Rather then indulge in self care occasionally, do a little everyday. Stretch for 5 minutes. Take a walk. Life is short. Do one of my yoga videos!
3. Almond croissants. They are my beauty and joy secret. If you’re gluten free or nut free, you can substitute another joy sparking treat.
